Only 8 short years ago, I found myself in my first direct sales business. Never say never because that was me! I decided to try what I had seen others doing – I had a few extra hours to myself in the day with my daughters at school and it was either try or go get a ‘real job’! I had a very successful career before having children, however I quickly realized after being at home for a few years with my girls – that going into an office, working for someone else, having a cap on my earning potential and the possibility of missing milestone moments was not something I was hoping to go back to.
I had never done anything like this before but I was willing, hungry and capable of learning so I did not have to find that job that could take me away from my home! I quickly started making extra money, I found a small community of others with the same goals, and I was intrigued to dig deeper into the industry. I saw a future that I had not expected but knew that there were a few missing elements to my newfound career.
When I was introduced to Modere two years after joining direct sales, the lightbulb went off!💡I was educated enough at this point to know what true residual income was, I knew that I needed the right community, mentorship and products that allowed me to work ‘smarter not harder’ and the possibilities could be limitless! I dove into the systems, I soaked up the mentors, I continued to educate myself all while I was obsessed with this opportunity that not only saved myself and my family but the countless others I would soon encounter.
I was aging backwards from a collagen product that grabbed the attention wherever I went, my husband and I had felt better than we had before, my entire family was taking clean products and it became part of our lives, not a job. We live by our own standards, how we approach our business and introduce it to others is organic, seamless and most importantly, effortless.
The past 6 years have been a true game changer. We have always wanted give back more than we make, provide opportunities for our children and other families that we never dreamt possible and the best part is – we are still growing year after year and just as excited than when we took the leap of faith 6 years ago. We know that there are countless families we have not touched yet, products to share across the world and many mom’s to reach that don’t want to go back to work like myself 8 years ago. Our mission with Modere is big and they have given us dreams that are even bigger!
