How liver care is affecting your skin glow?

Today, I'm gonna share with you why it is important to keep your liver healthy, and the benefits of having your liver healthy which translates to your skin.

You should want to know this, because the liver plays a significant role in general health, it flushes out all the toxins we’re consuming on a daily basis whether we want it to consume them or not.

Unfortunately, most people are not aware how big of a role Liver plays in our health and skin.

Why is our liver most of the time failing us? Because we don’t provide it any support and continue to sluggish it.

IN TODAY WORLD IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST TO SUPPORT YOUR LIVER AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR, BUT IDEALLY AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY SEASON. IT’S THAT SMALL THING THAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR HEALTH THAT MEANS SO MUCH. BECAUSE NONE OF THE OTHER ORGANS CAN WORK PROPERLY IF YOUR LIVER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Also, what I noticed is that most people fail  to see the symptoms of sluggish liver.

So, here are some of the most common symptoms of sluggish liver:

• Skin and eyes that appear yellowish (jaundice) or eyes that turn pink/red.
• Abdominal pain and swelling
• Swelling in the legs and ankles
• Itchy skin
• Dark urine color
• Pale stool color
• Chronic fatigue
• Nausea or vomiting
• Loss of appetite
• Tendency to bruise easily
• Quick to anger, frustration and judgment

In case you are experiencing any of these, then you should limit or quit gluten, dairy, sugar and fat. Also, You should try to quit alcohol and caffeine.

THE GOAL SHOULD BE TO CONSUME ONE CUP OF CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES AND TWO CUPS OF LEAFY GREEN VEGETABLES.

Remember: bitter for the mouth, sweet for the liver.

Now, let’s see how you can support your liver to do its job

1. You should start the day by drinking warm water with organic lemon.

2. Breakfast - you should have green smoothie or juice (broccoli, lettuce and some fruit to help with the taste).

3. You should drink a lot of clean filtered water.

4. Lunch - again green salad, but with some protein with limited amount of fats (chicken meat, non fat fish, albumen part of the eggs but if you are eating egg yolk, maximum 2 per day)

5. Dinner - broccoli or cauliflower soup, kimchi, rice, a lot of greens.

6. Move a lot on a daily basis, and try to sweat.

7. If possible, go to the sauna at least once a week.

8. Prioritize sleeping, try to sleep at least 8h per night

9. Use castor oil packs

Try to follow these steps for two weeks and you will see an increase in energy levels, weight loss, clear skin, eye clearance, better sleep, less swelling and bloating, less pain, better mood.
